Call for artwork: boot screen with progress bar

I'm currently playing with the debian boot system, trying to get
progress bar support in place.  This would be nice to have in Debian
Edu.  For that to happen, we need a splash screen with a text area and
a progress bar.  Anyone willing to draw such image, and release it
under GPL?

The image should be 640x400 pixels, use very few colors (not sure the
limit, but the test image in usplash uses 4bit color map), and the
location in pixels for the text area and progress bar need to be
provided.  See usplash-testcard.png in the usplash source package for
an example.
