It is possible, yes. But possibly not what you want.
It will pull in all the software packages used in a Skolelinux install.
It will not, however, configure those software packages similar to a
fresh install.
A Skolelinux installation is not only the set of packages installed,
but also (and, I believe, primarily) a different set of defaults
pre-seeded to those packages at install time.
