[Bug 981] OpenOffice only print to letter paper size

I have had the same problem on to different sarge installations, one pr05, and
one "current" from a few weeks ago. The printers are set to use a4 as default.
On the pr05 root got a4, all other users gets letter.
On the "current", root and all other users gets letter.
On the pr05 stat /var/tmp told me 0755/drwxr-xr-x. Changed with chmod 1777 /var/
tmp. That solved the problem on this server.
On the "current" server stat /var/tmp gives 1777/drwxrwxrwt, so then there must
be another problem.
I notice that all /usr/lib/openoffice/share/template/norwegian/<directories>/
are empty, while .../template/<all other languages>/<directory>/ contains data,
but I don't know if that is relevant.
