depends or recomends on the eduction-packages
Back in the woody days, we used to have the education-packages depend
upon the various packages we wanted to include in the installation.
Then, when we started to release our packages into the sarge repository,
and there were depends, these depends blocked other packages from
entering testing, because of conflicts.
Therefor, Joey did a bit of rewriting, so that we recomended other
packages, and that solved the conflicts.
Now, since sarge is stable, there wont be new packages added or removed,
and also since our new packages wont go into sarge, we can use depends
instead of recommends, and that may solve some of the trouble with
upgrades. Maybe not from woody installations, but for those who are
putting prerelease of Sarge into production in a couple of months
without proper support.
