ldaps vs. start_tls

Hi all,

with the current smb.conf, samba access skolelinux's ldap server using
ldaps. By using
---
passdb backend = ldapsam:ldap://ldap
ldap ssl = start tls
---
in smb.conf, samba in skolelinux(daily, 22 mai 2004) seems to work fine.
Since wlus also uses start_tls and it seems to be the 'right' way to do
it[1], maybe we should aswell.

I'm post this hoping that someone with experience or knowledge can
confirm.
