I think that is only a library, but in >= testing, there is a working package 
http://packages.debian.org/testing/utils/swf-player, which works for at least 
seeing commercials on places like www.digi.no, but it seems like it does not 
handle some flashes, like the norwegian NRKs "Joker nord" game 
(http://www2.nrk.no/spill/?spill=jokernord).
