[Bug 641] New: The CD-ROM integrity test failed.

http://bugs.skolelinux.no/show_bug.cgi?id=641

Summary: The CD-ROM integrity test failed.
           Product: Skolelinux
           Version: CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: System distrubution
        AssignedTo: nobody@skolelinux.no
        ReportedBy: klaus@astro.uio.no

When booting with the option 'linux DEBCONF_PRIORITY=medium', there is the choice
of checking the md5 checksum of the cd, a feature that I often miss because I
have a very flaky cdburner. The problem is that every time I try this option, it
fails with:
'The ./dists/woody/main/binary-i386/Release file failed the MD5 checksum
verification. Your CD-ROM or this file my have been corrupted' This has
happened on more than 10 different cd, and pr-versions, although I can install
from the cd.

I just tried this using the iso-image to install from in vmware, and it failed
here aswell. So I'm wondering if this feature itself is corrupted?

Ofcourse I always do a md5sum on the image before burning.
