Backport sources for woody: Experiences?

Hi there,

in order to use eclipse, I was looking for some backports at apt-get.org.
I found 

deb http://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~sdier/debian updates/wup/ 

Now, I checked what other packages could / would be updated without pinning 
from there and wonder which of those are interesting / accepteble for an LTSP 
server (not tjener):
