Skolelinux includes both these, and uses cfengine at the end of the
installation to configure LTSP to work out of the box.  There are
still a few minor issues, but the basic configuration work.

Check out our APT source:

  deb ftp://ftp.skolelinux.no/skolelinux/ woody local

and look at the ltsp-* packages for LTSP support, and
base-config-skolelinux and cfengine-skolelinux for the configuration.
