I'll check out the USB instructions and make sure I can do them, I
know I had some problems a bit ago trying to do it a custom method...

Unfortunately, it's only Debian right now due to limited space.  I
wouldn't worry too much just yet, do what is convenient and we can run
an apt cacher there if we need to.  The net connection won't be too
bad.

However, I would say that this is Debian-NYC, after all, we shouldn't
emphasize Ubuntu at the expense of Debian.  That should be the default
for new installs unless there are specific requests (and we should be
able to say the advantages of Debian!).
