Hi!

event for Saturday)

I echo the thoughts of this thread that we really should make these
events happen. It's clear there is a desire.

So we need:

- A date. Is Brian's idea of late Nov plan. I just made a poll here[1]:

  http://selectricity.org/quickvote/debiannycnn1

- Enough "staff" to come. We need all levels, a few experts, and so
on. I think we can get this, but we need to be sure. Please vote
  for a date!!

- We need to _advertise_. And to advertise to under-represented
  groups.

Everyone, fill in your ideas here, so we don't forget!:

(I don't mind spending a fair amount of time organizing, but I need to
know there is a lot of enthusiasm for others to come (as staff) and
help find places to advertise!

- Richard

[1] I am using selectricity but to make the purists happy, but it
really doesn't seem to be as useful for this purpose as doodle.
Does anyone know another service to use for scheduling?
