* Discussions about wider adoption. The question I would like to
answer can be imagined as coming from my friends: "Why do I need
this?" and "Is it easy enough to be worth it?"

* Demos/discussion of UIs for PGP integrated with the most common mail
  clients ? (e.g. Outlook/Gmail/other Webmail)

These aren't required, and I think we should be careful to not have to
discussion switch to dominated by these topics (unless we want to).
