You guys did a good job of walking thru the whole process step by  
step.  I think the workshop was good for the more advanced people  
there, but lost others. I have a couple comments on how to make things  
more newbie friendly, mostly about showing as little new information  
as possible, just really want is directly relevant to the topic.

In practice, that means:

- use a computer that looks like theirs, like a plain old GNOME setup.

- avoid technical diversions while walking thru the processes.  Yes,  
these are good for the advanced users, but for the newbies, its hard  
to tell what's required and what extra info.
