We should try to get all remaining things up and running ASAP now.

Maybe we could list out the tasks that still remain to be done, as far as the event organization is concerned, in this thread.

Some of the things(immediate) that I can think of are :

1. The website (is it hosted ? )
2. publishing the CFP
3. Getting more sponsors. 

I know there's a lot more that needs to be added to this list. I'm just not in the right frame to jot them down right now. I could do with some help :)
