Sometimes I wish I could tell when one package was installed.
I know, this feature-request is not that easy to implement, since
we up- and/or downgrade packages continuously.
Im not quite sure if it should be possbile to know all the
upgrade-downgrade versionchanges since the system-instalation, or just
the time of the last upgrade.
