bug 214278
Hi there :)
I think I have found a bug regarding the dpkg package when I searched
on in the clamavis-daemon package.
Look at

There I found a user with same error, I am curious if it is fixed at
his computer also, lets see what he says. At my place the
start-stop-daemon was not overwritten by a new dpkg package which
prevented the /etc/init.d/bla fore-reload thing not to work anymore...
May that be possible?
