Bug#217042: dpkg help screen recommends use of dselect. Should be aptitude/synaptic?
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.10.10
Severity: wishlist
Currently the last line of 'dpkg --help' reads:
Use `dselect' for user-friendly package management.
Given that aptitude, synaptic, and other package management front-ends
are arguably far more user-friendly than deselect, it might be time to
change this message. The one qualification is that dselect is installed
by default where other f-e's aren't.
