Bug#169125: dpkg: "--ignore-depends=" discrepancy also exists in manpage

Package: dpkg
Version: 1.10.9
Followup-For: Bug #169125

I think the original bug-filer said that he wasn't _completely_ sure
this was a(n important) bug. I think, however, that it is indeed a
(normal/important) SNAFU: important enuff to merit solving before the
next version comes out; but not so critical it can't be gotten-around
with '--force-depends', FI.

FYI -- the relevant dpkg manpage excerpt:

" --ignore-depends=package,..."

-- same as what is displayed with 'dpkg --help'.
