Somewhere when dselect starts (maybe on the helpscreen that comes up
immediately after start when an inexperianced Deb-head tries using it)
there should be a disclaimer in big, friendly letters that reads "Don't
Panic."

Several things.
I forsee in the future that dselect will allow that help screen to be
configurable. Ie, you can decide whether or not it always shows on startup.
Next, dselect is a text based app. There is no way to distinguish big,
friendly letters. All letters are equal.
Lastly, I want people to panic when they see dselect. It'll keep them from
using it, and filling pointless bugs like this one.
