That's only *one* possible fix, but I could well decide to use "dañado"
or some other word. You should let the usual translator to decide
about the best translation and not try to bypass him, no matter how
you dislike the current translation.

A `conffile' and a `configuration file' are different things
(read debian policy), and I deliberately decided to differentiate
between them in the translation.  This is not a translation bug. It's
just something that *you* would translate differently.

The fix is not the only possible fix.

The BTS is not the best way to report translation bugs in .po files.
You should better contact the usual translator first.

As I said yesterday, I will provide a current dpkg.es.po when it's ready.
I recommend dpkg maintainers to forget about this until then.
