Several users, including myself, have seen this on upgrading galeon.
So my guess is that it's due to a conffile which was formerly in the
"galeon" package itself being moved to the (new) galeon-common package.
If i had a proof i could fix it myself...
But when galeon-common is installed, the file "galeon.schemas" IS in the
package, but it is not installed, that IS a dpkg bug.
