Bug#51450: dpkg contains install-info which isn't compatible to texinfo's

There is actually a previous bug of the same nature, and I posted a
fix then, but was told that it wasn't really a bug after all...
 
It'll be in the list archives somewhere, and maybe someone will think
it worth using this time...
