Bug#49792: dpkg-gencontrol handles build-time dependencies wrong

I suppose this is my mistake... the bug report that asked for adding the
handling for the build-time dependency fields was based on an old draft of the
specification. I later asked Ben to make the corrections when applying the
patch but it seems he missed some things:
on line 49 of /usr/bin/dpkg-gencontrol:
replace "Build-DependsIndep" with "Build-Depends-Indep"
on line 124 of /usr/bin/dpkg-gencontrol:
replace "Build-(Indep-)?(Depends|Conflicts)" with
"Build-(Depends|Conflicts)(-Indep)?"
