Bug#36431: Dpkg core-dump: fixed, please test

Since I was really annoyed with this fucking bug, I tried to solve it and
I think that I found a solution. I simply recompiled dpkg without
the options --with-included-gettext and I can't reproduce the bug anymore.

In order to make it work I had to comment a line in configure.in, I don't
know why. (the configure script always failed while trying to harlink
directories...)

The patch is available on http://master.debian.org/~hertzog/. There's
also a dpkg recompiled by myself. Pleases test it. I may upload it to
stable in some days if there is no problems with it (or Ian can do 
it if he wants).

Even if it works this way, I have absolutely no idea why it doesn't cork
with --with-included-gettext.
