Whoops?  Why is this bug assigned to `dpkg-dev' anyway?  It is a bug
in an `xpm' package.  The bugreport only says "Powerpc doesn't have
libc5, so compiling for it breaks the package generation."  I guess
it was reassigned by mistake.
