The only changes here are extra Harvard commas, which makes me wonder
if we'd previously standardised on not using them.

Oh, and I notice the word "email", which I've left spelled with a
hyphen in issues.dbk.

Not sure we standardised on a lot really.  Thanks for the patch, I
applied it as-is and made a separate patch to use "e-mail" (except for
the "email"-tag, which for technically reasons remains without a hyphen).
