I see.  I guess many package does not build latex/xml documentation,
seriously.  It is time consuming and low return. FTP master accept such
packages... but who knows they are buildable or not.

This makes it difficult for those to be caught by your effort.

I can testify that they break some languages almost every time in my
experiences :-)  I know them before getting report from you, too.
Last 3 or more releases, I have several FTBFS for every releases for
some packages mostly due to these external isuues.

Serious part of maintaining DOC packages are communication with tool
chain maintainers and making minimal reproduceble cases or patches or
work around....

It is much easier to make C program patch than tex/xml tool patch.  Now
sending a C patch to cowbuilder...

Well, I will work on thiese DOC packages later.
