Bug#609374: release-notes: Please use typographic quotes (in French)

Package: release-notes
Severity: minor
Tags: l10n

Hi,

I noticed that <quote>stuff</quote> is not correctly handled in the PDF
generated document, at least in French (e.g. “Linux Standard Base” on
page 6 instead of « Linux Standard Base »).

It seems correctly handled in German, and it is usually handled
correctly in PDF generated document form DocBook.

I submit this bug report hoping someone would know what to do, if not,
an s/<quote>/« /g regexp should almost do the trick :/.

Regards

David
