Package: release-notesSection 4.5.4 recommends doing "apt-get upgrade". However, very likely this will lead to upgrade of udev, and section 4.5.5 says than one needs to upgrade kernel before udev.4.5.4 and 4.5.5 should be swapped and the last paragraph of 4.1.5 updated accordingly.-- Jakub Wilk

Since users are already following these upgrade instructions and using them as the basis of upgrade reports, we should be conservative in the changes we make to these instructions now - only changing when we have a concrete bug that we're trying to fix. So I'm closing this bug report. Thanks, -- Steve Langasek Give me a lever long enough and a Free OS Debian Developer to set it on, and I can move the world.
