Seems to be complicated. If I don't use the hyphenation hack, it
disappears. Also, if I use another dblatex style than db2latex.
I'm too lazy^Wbusy to care before release, so I "fixed" this by
changing the <footnote> in the document into a <tip>, which is
nice anyway. Thanks for reporting!
