Package: release-notes
Severity: normal

In German names are capitalized, so usually the english etch becomes
Etch and lenny becomes Lenny. The only exception is the usage of these
terms in configuration files, e.g. /etc/apt/source.list where of
course the capitalization must remain unaltered.

Thus there must be a capitalized version of &releasename; and a
verbatim one.

Add upper-case release name entities (Helge Kreutzmann).
