There seems to be something wrong here. <Indexterm> is supposed to be
'inline' in that release-notes/lib/Locale/Po4a/Docbook.pm file. However I get
po files with indexterm *not* inline.

Ah... I see, it turns out my environment had PERL5LIB defined, and that
prevented this from working at all.

I'm going to regenerate all PO files for Spanish again then.
