	Actually the statistics is generated based on the number
of files, the assumption is that a translator wouldn't commit a
file "half-translated". In this scenario, if en_US has 8 files
and pt_BR has 6 files with proper pseudo-headers, pt_BR is 75%
translated.

	Note that you can have files partially translated, as
long as they do not carry the final pseudo header that says:
"hey, I'm a translated file". That works pretty much for the
XML-based translators, it is also the webwml approach, IOW,
you don't need to care about the amount of unstranslated
strings, just count the files. :-)
