de is now up-to-date.

Oops, too late :-)

I noticed that the PO files are currently not error free:

$ msgfmt -cv po4a/fr.po 
po4a/fr.po:7: some header fields still have the initial default value
26 translated messages, 92 fuzzy translations, 1 untranslated message.

Also previous translators should be added to the header to give proper
credits. It seems that the old CVS history of refcard was not
correctly transferred. So it's necessary to obtain this information from
http://cvs.debian.org/ddp/refcard/Attic/?root=debian-doc#dirlist

Would it be OK to clean the header of other PO files as well?
