I am working on a script that would write a readme file to a moinmoin
wiki. We could for example put all README.Debian files on
wiki.debian.org for each package.

Is that something that would interest people?

I'm still trying to decide what url should it be:
wiki.debina.org/urs/share/doc/ant/readme.debian
or
wiki.debina.org/doc/ant/readme.debian

I wonder if I can assume the wiki hdd space is infinite for that purpose?
