vim /e/a/sorces.list
apt-get -y update; apt-get -y install aptitude tasksel; aptitude -y dist-upgrade

then aptitude and place + on desktop and g 
then again aptitude and place + on desktop and g

Then I seen to have decent upgrade

Thisa is simpliest I have done.
