I can find no bug for this on http://bugs.debian.org/release-notes.
How did you request this?

If you feel this should still happen, please file a bug against 
release-notes *including* a short proposed text explaining the issue and 
how to deal with it.

The emphasis is on short! If you need more than about 10 lines of text, 
you should only explain the nature of the issue and provide a link to a 
document elsewhere that has the full explanation and solution.
That document should of course be available before the user upgrades and 
stay available for the lifetime of Sarge.

Make sure you include "[sarge]" in the subject of the bug report.
