[PATCH] add amd64 to release-notes

Hello,

please find attached a patch adding the amd64 architecture to the
english release notes.

These release notes are used for the unofficial debian-amd64 Sarge
release.

The patch only adds ifdeffed amd64 paragraphs but in two occasions,
where a i386 note is shared. Well, and a general note on AMD64 to the
architecture list.
I made sure the release notes of the other architectures do not differ
in the output with the patch applied.

Can somebody please commit the patch to cvs?

Kind regards
Frederik Schueler
