The following files seem to be still broken (have binary data in them):

./ddp/manuals.sgml/apt-howto/apt-howto.en.sgml,v: data
./ddp/manuals.sgml/apt-howto/apt-howto.ko.sgml,v: data

Unfortunately, the backup copy is also corrupted. I'm not sure if there is 
an older backup available, Joey?
