Release notes: please include "cantfix" Crusoe/X bug 216933

There's a major X stability problem with Transmeta Crusoe CPUs and
Radeon Mobility graphics hardware, discussed in Debian bug 216933, in
X.org bugzilla, and at http://www.cs.auc.dk/~fleury/bug_cms/ . This bug
causes X to crash seemingly randomly at a rate of approximately every
2-5 hours, depending on applications running and various other factors.
It has been the bane of my existence since I upgraded to sarge last

Fortunately, there is a workaround, which is to install the -dbg flavor
of the X server.

For the sake of our users, I feel we should put this in a "known bugs"
section of the Sarge/3.1 release notes for the "i386" platform. I hate
to think that users of stable will have to deal with such a significant
problem without any warning/documentation, so at least documenting it
prominently would probably help such users quite a bit.

I'd be happy to suggest wording for such a section, just let me know.
