Hi, Here are my clean up:
I went over BTS.
#145921 had 2 issues:
1) Packaging manual -> Policy Manual
Now Chapter 5 fixed it.
2) byhand
1.2.1 Fixed it.
# 255441 is debatable. (I could have marked it as wontfix but I did not)
For programs which may be run from root account, I can understand some
people wish to keep fix location to avoid attack.
