Below are some little changes to the English. I did not change the
HTML much (I mainly added some <p> tags to appease the W3C validator
at <http://validate.w3.org>), nor did I try to add any content of my
own. The CVS instructions are changed, though, and I took the liberty
to add instructions for anonymous access.

I could not find this file in the CVS -- is it there?
