This is still true issue but minor.

This was <translator> tag issues and now developer-reference was moved
to the last of build process to prevent problem.

This was problrem in my source tree. weasel kindly updated contents in
DDP CVS which prevented some conflict with upstream CVS.  Now fixed and
building fine.
