New web page + "Debian Reference" + "Debian Quick Reference"
Since DDP has moved to woody, I updted Make script for "Debian Reference".
Now under "http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/", there are "en/", "fr/',
"it/", .... You can get TEXT, PS, PDF file there.
Also, I updated web page to locate them it easily by arranging them into
tables. See "http://www.debian.org/doc/user-manuals#quick-reference"
I think all DDP document which has multiple output should do similar.
This file arrangement is consistent with what I proposed to install
files under /usr/share/doc/Debian. So publish script can easily be
shared :)
