These changes are in, it now looks pretty good from my point of view
(indices are only available in English and French).
I would like to add the FAQ and a link to the Installation Manual.
These pages could then fit on CD#1.

Scripts are available under
   http://people.debian.org/~barbier/doc-debian-intro/
Put all the files in a directory, edit make.sh and change cvsdir to point
to webwml root directory, then run 
   ./make.sh; ./install.sh
and all HTML files should go under www/ directory.
