Regarding this I have received two bugs report recently.
(#145976 and #146096) which seem to think that using cvs to update
documentation included in the package is against policy. I have not taked
a look (yet) at cvs-buildpackage which is *supposed* to do this for the
whole package isn't it? What do other people think about this issue. I
have not found anything saying that asking for an Internet connection when
building is an issue.

Thus I'm adding this "disclaimer" to the README.Debian file (for
euro-support now, will include it in debrecipes too). Please send me any
comments you feel appropiate:

Building from source
--------------------
The Debian source package does *not* include the euro-support-document
but retrieves it from the Debian Documentation Project (DDP) CVS
server when it is built. This means that you might not be able to build
the package without and Internet connection (this is also the reason
for having a cvs Build-Depends). Please check out
http://cvs.debian.org/?cvsroot=debian-doc and
http://www.debian.org/doc/

Also note that in the maintainer's opinion this is *not* a bug
against the latest Debian Policy (version 3.5.6.1, 2002-03-14
sections 2.4.2 and 7.6)

	Any opinions?

	Javi
