These are wording and formatting changes thanks to Larry Holish,
<ljholish@speakeasy.net>. The changes in this rev are largely not
content changes, although it may be best for translators to review
it, as some of the wording changes make the meaning clearer, at
least in English. Also tags were added in many cases.
I will prepare a new patch for the content which Larry added, to
submit to Javi.
