doc-base is nice, but it still lacks internationalization support....
it should be able to automaticaly chose the language for a document,
or list all languages in which the doc is available... install the
'apt-howto' package and check the debian/ section to see what I
mean... or the sylpheed-doc package and check apps/net/

Currently we have to have an entry for each language a document is
translated to... I think we should start a doc-base-enhancing
project =D.
