	This information should be sent to the translation team and the
translation team leader should publish the document *after* review
(not before). 
	Similarly Thomas Bliesener submitted some DWN to Joey which did
not go through the review process of the translation team (IIRC David
Martinez got quite pissed by these)

	Please, even if there is not a written statemente regarding how
translation teams should work, when contacted by a translator (or when
sent a translation) send it *first* to the translation team mailing lists
and, if no replies are received, commit documents to CVS.

	We should definitely have a clear and stated procedure (policy) on
how translation should be done in Debian.
