Testing

This user would very much like to have some sort of document
to help me upgrade to testing.  I don't know where to start,
and I haven't seen any such document anywhere.

I can't upgrade the stable version of lilypond as long as I
stay with debian stable.  If Tony Fok can't package it, how
can I?
